The Abu Dhabi IPO Fund (ADIPOF) is overseen by the Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs.

An Investment Committee is responsible for final approvals in line with the fund’s strategic mandate.

ADIPOF is operated by the IPO Fund Management Team at the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
