ADIPOF facilitates advisory and education-based support:
- ADIPOF facilitates bespoke advisory services to companies that wish to list on ADX
- ADIPOF engages with shareholders, boards, and management teams and utilizes top-tier consulting firms to identify gaps, benchmark best practices, and drive implementation
- Key focus areas include (and are not limited to) legal, governance and financial aspects of the business
Investments
As an institutional investor ADIPOF can:
- Act as an active dialogue partner and sounding board to aid equity story development and investor positioning
- Support as a significant investor at public book-building stage in order to generate demand momentum
- Provide stability as a mid-term investor
ADIPOF may also develop support mechanisms for the provision of equity research and market-making arrangements aimed at ensuring competitive levels of trading liquidity and efficient price formation in cooperation with other government stakeholders.
